Cellectis Therapeutics, the therapeutic division of Cellectis S.A, located in Paris (75), invites applications for a project leader for the department of Research and Development.
This position is focused on cell culture process development and optimization.

Mission:

The candidate will be responsible for developing, improving and scaling processes for the production of cell therapy products.

Candidates profile:

The successful candidate should have several years experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Cell culture and cell culture process development including experience with ex-vivo expansion of T-cells in Wave, Wilson-Wolfe or related types of bioreactors.

• Optimization of cell culture processes and operating conditions

• Knowledge of scale-up issues and issues associated with transfer to GMP manufacturing.

Self-motivation, flexibility, and assistance to ongoing research work are essential.

Excellent written and communication skills in English and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are required.

Required diploma : PhD in Immunology or a related discipline as well as a minimum of three years of experience as a post-doctoral fellow or in the biotech industry.
